Shipping:
We ship using Fed-ex, US Postal Service, or UPS, depending on the urgency of you order. All shipping costs will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Delivery time scales
Based on stock availability and your chosen method of shipping, you should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days of placing your order with us. Should an item not be in stock, please allow between 3-6 weeks to receive your order. In the event that your item is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated time of delivery. If your order is urgent, please call us directly on 970-728-4433.
Returns
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however should you have miscalculated a measurement or have decided on another color option or size, you may return your purchase within 30-days with it's original receipt for an in-store credit towards an exchange or another purchase*. There will be a $5 exchange fee for all exchanges, in addition to all shipping costs. Note that no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges or returns.
* Our return policy applies if you purchased your Alpen Schatz product directly from Schaussi's Alpen Schatz. If you purchased your item(s) from a third party, such as at a retail outlet or through a catalog, the third party's rules for return will apply.
Warrantee
Items are warranted free from defects for 90 days from date of purchase, and the said item will be replace with equal quality or better if item is no longer available. NO REFUNDS will be given.
