Tracht in the German language is directly translated as “Traditional Alpine Apparel”. It consists of the traditional “Lederhosen” (Leather Pants) and Dirndl’s (Fitted German/Austrian Dress), as well as boiled wool jackets, capes and the famous Haferl Shoe. Alpen Schatz works with some of Europe’s top designers such as Meindl, Giesswein, Anno Domini, Barbour, and others to bring you what we feel are the best of the best from the Alps.
